Group fitness classes
Small group training has all the benefits and appeal of personal training but with the added support / additional accountability of a small group. You can add up to three people to a small group training session, adding the support of your friends / family / coworkers into your healthy lifestyle goals. Your personal trainer will create a fitness regimen focused on each individual's strengths and (temporary) weaknesses.
Each personal training session features a 55-minute session with a certified personal trainer, giving you personalized exercises and individual attention to achieve your healthy lifestyle goals. At each session, you will receive a workout tailored specifically to your needs and goals, and every workout will be different. There will be no "routine" workouts anymore and you can say goodbye to gym boredom. Your personal trainer will develop programs that will ignite your inner fire and guide you on your path to lifetime wellness.
