My training philosophy goes beyond simply going through the motions and counting reps. It is about making a decision to change your life and taking the necessary steps to make it happen. I take a whole body approach so that my clients will see and feel the personal training benefits. With motivation, dedication and education you can do it! Changing your life is a journey and I will be there to support you, motivate you and make sure you enjoy every step along the way.
Come try my Group Strength training class @540am or 840am Mon/Wed/Fri. and Mon/Wed 6pm. I combine cardio with the use dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, and your own body weight for an all day total body burn! Classes are only $15.00 drop in and your first class is always on me!

A strong and experienced personal trainer working in the Brentwood area, Dani Dyer has been training clients and teaching group fitness classes for the past five years. Mike has been a certified personal trainer for ten years. A graduate of Cumberland University, Mike as a BS in Physical Education and Health, along with four additional years of PE teaching experience. Meet Aaron Hines: I’ve been training and changing lives since 2010!
Aaron Hines is a former collegiate football player. He attended Lambuth University in Jackson, TN (NAIA-2004- 2006) where he played offensive line, as well as, defensive line, during his time with the team. He later transferred to the University of Tennessee at Martin where he graduated with a B.S. in Health and Human Performance, with a concentration in Exercise Science in 2009.
Aaron went on to receive his M.S. in Exercise Physiology at Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL in 2011. He completed his internship at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL where he worked with patients who were at risk for cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases. Aaron was involved with the rehabilitation process for any and all patients who were involved in the program. Heart transplant, Lung Transplant Cystic Fibrosis, and Pulmonary Embolism patients were just a few of the conditions he helped work with while at Mayo Clinic.
Aaron has experience in many aspects of health and wellness including: sports specific training, active older adults, orthopedic injury, cardio pulmonary rehabilitation, weight loss, health and nutrition coaching, and balance training.
Aaron has worked with athletes in many sports including baseball/softball, basketball, football, golf, hockey, ice skating, and track. He has worked with Professional Athletes in the past, but currently works with, D-1, D-II, NAIA, High School and Middle School athletes.
He has also helped numerous individuals find their own intrinsic motivation in order to help them lose 10lbs, 20lbs, 45lbs, and has even helped someone lose over 100lbs. No matter your circumstances, Aaron can help you reach your full potential and live each and every day 1% better.
Aaron has also had the pleasure of working with individuals who have dealt with or are currently dealing with an Orthopedic Injury. He has worked with Post- ACL reconstruction, knee replacement, hip replacement patients, back problems, ankle problems, plantar fasciitis, etc..
