An extremely dynamic and versatile workout, TRX Suspension Training® is a revolutionary total-body workout based on suspension training and using your own body weight and gravity to strengthen and tone your entire body while developing balance, flexibility and core stability. Workouts are challenging without being overwhelming. TRX tones and shapes the body without adding unnecessary bulk but, don’t be mistaken, it is by no means easy. Each participant grips the TRX suspended trainers with their hands or attaches their feet in the foot cradles to complete each exercise. By simply changing the angle of your body, you are able to work with more or less body weight which can intensify or modify a specific exercise. Additional exercises will be integrated into the classes in between rounds of TRX® sets. These added exercises add to core strength and cardiovascular endurance, essential to your health and wellness.

From wall balls, to bosu balls, kettle bells, bands, steps anything you can think of we will use for our total body movements to take you one step further into a more challenging way to do movements you’ve probably done before. With isometric holds, faster repetitions, pulsing, full extension, Dani will ensure you you will feel stronger and more proactive after doing this class!
